I had a great stay at the hotel, which was comfortably outfitted with nice rooms and clean facilities. The location was quite convenient, especially for getting to the nearby bus terminal, and the staff really stood out with their friendly service. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right near the bus stand, which was my main reason for booking. The service was friendly and helpful, but the room situation was disappointing due to noise and some maintenance issues like a leaking water heater.
